Tomas Elder Tomas Elder has joined the Penton Law Offices, Pllc. as a paralegal and legal assistant. Elder has specialized training as an immigration paralegal. Elder graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in psychology. He completed paralegal training through the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2019.
